Business Prototype

What is prototyping?

The prototyping phase is the moment when everything comes together. Step by step, our coaches will assist you in structuring your business to sell your first prototype and secure your initial sales. Depending on the development process of your product or service, you will introduce your MVP (Minimum Viable Product) to your target market and enhance your solution.

What is the role of a prototype?

After validating your business model, the prototyping phase is designed to materialize your solution, experiment to find the optimal product development cycle, and structure your business to secure your initial sales. As you receive feedback from real buyers and users, you will genuinely enhance your solution.

Why create a prototype for your startup?

Creating a prototype is the key to the success of many startups, whether they sell products or services, as it serves as a proof of concept. Consequently, it’s an excellent way to secure funding to bring your idea to life and refine your design process. Through customer feedback, you’ll gain valuable and actionable insights to enhance your solution. It’s also an excellent means to efficiently structure your business and generate revenue from the initial sales of your solution.

Why should I create a prototype instead of my final product?

Creating a prototype allows you to adopt a lean approach and build a highly validated product for your niche. It is a way to construct, step by step, a sustainable solution.

Furthermore, creating a prototype enables you to use your funds efficiently in a growth context. It is a smart way to develop your startup without unnecessarily spending money.

Creating a startup seems to be an overwhelming task. How do I know what to focus my time on?

Founders naturally feel like they have a million things to do at once. That’s why we’ve developed the Critical Startup Path protocol, which enables founders to focus on one or two things they should strive to solve at each stage of the process..
